Safety, salary, hours, lack of support

You can try and apply for better career opportunities but then get shot down for them to turn around and hire someone from outside the company that has no clue what there doing and wind up taking over a year just to get the basics. It's ridiculous. Turnover rate is much higher than reported. We keep maybe 33% of people and everyone is just punching the clock waiting to go home. No effort because hard work gets you nothing here.
