      Pros

      The paychecks go out on payday, not always correct but they go out. You also get insurance, but the premium increases may outpace your pay increases some years.

      Cons

      Strange hours, no AC, work is sometimes dirty and non-ergo friendly. Good work is rarely rewarded with future job opportunities. Good workers get harassed to work harder to carry lazy workers.

      Pros

      Great pay you will always have money and money will not be an issue. Benefits are great especially 401K Great bonuses every 90 days Lots of opportunity to grow as you continue to learn

      Cons

      Worklife balance is horrible Schedule is not great when they mention in interview that you work three weeks and than 7 days off which is not accurate. Lots of overtime because you are mandatory 60 hours per week. Management does not have any soft skills with their employees. Lack of training High turnover No life outside of work
