The Arconic work force is very capable. Arconic team members are dedicated to making the company successful if the leadership would get out of the way.

Cons

The current leadership is unable to lead the culture change required for Arconic to realize its full potential. The CEO is focusing on things that do not sustain profitable growth. He is focused on keeping his job at the expense of cutting back on the activities that will help drive future growth.

Great benefits, lots of opportunities to shine with low hanging fruit if one is willing to put in the time and effort.

Cons

Very little to no training, lack of work flexibility for most positions, leadership lacks clear direction, bonus programs rarely pay out to target, culture can't seem to break through old narratives in manufacturing evidenced by low diversity and inability to retain talent.
