Great pay, benefits, and people. Flexible working schedule.

Cons

Little to no training, they basically throw you in your role and you sink or swim. They are unable to keep young workers & everyone else has been here 20+ years. They have all the knowledge but do not share their knowledge & expect young people to figure it out on their own. They lure young people in with the ability to continue education but then tell you it's on a freeze due to the budget (it's been years).

Good pay different jobs usually good hr good plant manager good clerks very interesting job some really good co-workers it's not a bad job if the supervisor do there job better and other employees can be Glenn is amazing plant manager rich good guy Pam and linda awesome

Cons

There's more come then pros so much just the key ones is management training blame game lazy matnaice machines break down all the time crap insurance horrible hrs 6 days a week ever week rotating shifts but randomly bullying supervisor get angry cuss and throw stuff
