Remote work, some good people,

Cons

Complete C-Suite change in last year, along with misplaced internal promotions and process changes make it very difficult to do my job. Knowledge loss from many long time employee leaving and lack of development resources makes me worried for the future.

Working to be a better company. Just hired a large number of employees to help with the work load. They do appear to care about their employees.

Cons

Disorganized and don't have many processes in place.
