Good local employees with a small company feel. Overall company benefits are good.

Cons

Poor upper management that do not focus on taking care of their employees. Low pay compared to the local market even after advertising on the local radio station, "top industry pay". Upper management makes promises including pay and then do not follow through. They also promise advancement and then take that away if you do not become the company marionette puppet and agree with EVERYTHING they say or do. HR is horrible, they get with upper management and gang up on the employees until they quit or fire you for no reason, (since they know Colorado is an at-will working state).

It’s good starting pay for someone with no experience, good benifits

Cons

Management isn’t professional, workers are often overworked and are pushed to do more by higher ups. Workers are not heard or valued by the company
