Some hard working individuals, decent pay and benefits compared to smaller places. Won’t get let go unless you are genuinely a screw up,

Cons

If you are one of the few good employees you will be forced to work more overtime than anyone would want, lazy co workers and one other lead is lazy and likes to point fingers at everyone else when they just sit on their lazy butt watching their phone half the day, zero maintenance program and half the plant belongs in a museum not working
