      Pros

      Fantastic salary package and full benefits were available.

      Cons

      Innovative thinking was not only absent it was discouraged. Leadership were trapped by their own experience and could not envision better ways to make the company more profitable.

      If you're willing to work your life away you'll make good money and decent benefits.

      Poor leadership Will tell you 4 day 10 hrs shift but actually 5 10's and an 8 Safety is not a concern They don't train people correctly You are a number and do not matter here

      Pros

      Standard benefits. Always hiring, if you need a job, they will hire anyone. Even those with not so clean background checks.

      Cons

      Leadership - old school, do as I say. Just like Trinity. Old HR policies. Closing plants in all business units, very uncertain future. CEO can not relate to the US workforce.
