Good Employment Culture and Management is fine

Cons

Company salary process is bad, only new joinees will be given good amount, remaining people will not be given hikes for 3-4 year, even if they give it would be 10% max

1) Work load is much but for me i can take it as pros.Because chances of getting improve in skillset is more
