Pros

The company has great employees benefit and events to keep a great work -life balance. Lot’s of events for employees and keep them engaged. Very interesting project and decent possibility to grow in the company.

Cons

Compared to other biotech, PTO can be better. They offer the minimum standard with some extra day a year (considering the usual Christmas shutdown as extra).
