Pros

There are good opportunities for growth, and hard work is recognized with promotions and pay increases. The role allowed me to gain valuable experience in my field.

Cons

The work environment can be difficult. There was little support or training provided, and certain departments seemed undervalued. Setting boundaries was not always respected, and communication from higher-ups could be intrusive at times. There were also issues with respect that were concerning.
