Pros
People in general are nice, cool company events, and employer covered benefits including spouse and children. Science and culture used to be good, but not right now.
Cons
Leadership is extremely poor and took a turn for the worse since the pandemic began. Just because you have a PhD and worked in the field for many years, doesn't mean you know how to lead or manage people under you. Promotions and title system do not make sense. People can be toxic in stressful situations. Zero drive, culture feels dead as if nobody wants to work there.
