Pros

Great culture; Senior management genuinely cares about the employees - wants people to feel well treated and well compensated . Great benefits package. Fast moving company with lots of opportunity

Cons

Hayward location / can be a difficult commute from SF or Marin although relatively easy from other parts of the Bay Area (eg Burlingame/San Mateo/Redwood City and East bay)

Pros

Great culture and coworkers. Leadership has vision and lays out actionable plans on how to achieve it.

Cons

-Some of the support group middle managers have no experience or understanding of how to manage employees. Their intentions are good but some are unable to properly communicate or help their employees learn to overcome weaknesses while accommodating for them. (This is honestly more a reflection on the industry or US workplace)
