Pay Benefits Union Lots of overtime that paid 1.5-2x Could easily pull in 70k a year if you wanted to not have a life and take advantage of overtime offers.

Cons

Union(Lazy people that do not want to do their job because the job security provided by the union) Management Weekly rotating shift (this is the worst)
