Far too many to list. Nepotism runs rampant. Micromanaged to the fullest extent. Expected to commit life to facility without the pay to go with the commitment.

Wages, built in overtime, 3 on, 3 off schedule, schedule is projected for the entire year.

Cons

Was told benefits start day one when it is actual after 90 days, was told PTO was accrued day one. In reality it is 1 week off after a year of employment, came in topped out on pay with .44 cent raise per year was told there was advancement opportunities financially during interview this is in reference to their Longhorn Glass Facility in Houston, TX can not speak for the rest of the company/locations.
