Great Flexibility

Pros

Ardalyst has been great with working with their employees on schedules and the remote policy allows for a lot of flexibility. They are always looking for feedback from their employees, and value every employees opinion. They will seriously make changes based on your feedback.

Cons

Still all the start up concerns. They are still figuring some things out, but that's ok.

Could do what you want in theory and people were nice and willing to help

Typical startup culture where the CEO says he wants collaboration but then just constantly acts like the smartest guy in the room. Focused on a lot of BS rather than anything tangible
