Great rehab team. Wonderful patients. Intellectually fulfilling

Cons

Productivity demands prevent adequate follow up with hospitals and opportunities for caregiver ed. High turnover in nursing due to low morale. CNAs are the backbone of any facility but they assign too many patients to each so care, hygiene, and safety suffers

Nationwide company so more than likely easy to find employment of you move.

Cons

Don't value employees. For being a nationwide organization they really are tight with money. Low pay. Crappy benefits and management and administration do a lot of talking around the involved employees instead of dealing with issues head on
