It was an okay place to work

Pros

I formed a close bond with the other staff, especially the ones I worked with frequently on the same unit. Almost everyone was willing to help whenever I needed it

Cons

As like with any job, there were always some people who just didn’t care The training also was not great. I was trained on overnights for a week, and I found out months later that I was doing my job incorrectly. I was doing it exactly the way I was trained to
