      Pros

      Therapy team works well together. Engaged managers and nursing staff. Pay fair, earned PTO.

      Cons

      Support staff is limited. High productivity can be tough but point of service documentation helps. Insurance is below average.

      Pros

      One of the best therapy teams hands down. Pretty new building and up to date equipment. Large building. Plenty of other buildings near by within the company that you can travel to when business is slow. The therapy team always goes above and beyond for patients.

      Cons

      Can come off more profit driven at times vs outcome oriented. There are some employees throughout the building that should not work in a setting taking care of people. Management doesn't seem to care too much to improve this.
