      Pros

      Health insurance is good and the ETO amount of time is good.

      Cons

      Horrible company. Does not care about their employees. Keeps adding more onto workload with out ANY gratitude or respect. Unless you are an OM or director, you get treated disrespectfully.

      Structured processes - good for individuals who are newer to field.

      Cons

      Too many bosses Regional and corporate level employees - a few of them are very harsh, but inconsistent themselves with their instructions.
