Pros

They have policies and procedures that maintain equal work loads between shifts and the best care for high resident to caregiver ratios.

Cons

Although they have good policies and procedures, the pay I believe is not enough for how much you have to do. Pretty much a dead end job unless you decide to get your LPN to go PRN. You do as much cleaning as you do caregiving. Write ups if you call out twice in 30 day period (that can be tough if you’re having mental health set backs, health issues, Children or other caregiving responsibilities outside of work)
