      A lot of facilities all around the country.

      Cons

      Regional, corporate employees micromanage every aspect of facilities. Facilities staff are not given the permission to make decisions. The company does not use evidence based care but practice care the way it has always been done. Resistant to change, bullying executives.

      You have a set schedule

      Cons

      Your always short staffed. You have to fight with them about your bonus that they offered you to come in to work. They constantly blow up your phone asking for you to come in to work. The management is garbage!!!!

      Health insurance is high. Very high turnover. Short staffed many times. care given to patients/residents could be better.
