Ever changing staff and management Past issues reported in the news of lawsuites Micro managing of therapy staff and prescheduled therapy times which become domino disaster if one issue occurs Constant canceling of shifts Domineering Admin Thin line of obvious Anti- Union propaganda during hire process they won't tell you not to but they do their best within their power to paint unionizing in a negative light
