Being able to work with The Executive Director! The director of Maintenance, Food Services and Administrative Services Coordinator and Assistant! Overall a great team who help to foster a good working environment.

Cons

Admissions not completely understanding the clinical aspect of the process. Unwilling to listen to nursing staff.
