-No advancement opportunities unless you "brown nose" certain people -Can have job responsibilities change without any notice and if you don't like it, their attitude is that you can just leave. - HCR is calling the shots even though Promedica owns them and are very condescending and will not listen to employees that have more experience than them - Too much work and too few employees and they watch everything you do and track it even though they state they are not "micromanaging" - Management do not support the lower level employees one bit and will blame them for their failures
