I probably have the best job out of everyone here! I get to have fun with the residents but don’t have to do to much with the care side of things. Which for me is awesome because I used to do care for kids and that was NOT the vibe. I very much prefer making the residents happy and doing different things with them to keep them occupied

Cons

The pay isn’t great. I know it’s not a direct care position but I deal with the behaviors just like everybody else does and BOY do they have behaviors!
