Pros

Honestly can’t think of any

Cons

Lazy staff Staff is more combative and verbally abusive than the dementia patients themselves! Nurse to pt ratio is 1:64 on night shift They have over eight med techs on dayshift to handle med pass however, on Night Shift there was only one med tech who only passed meds on one hallway therefore, the Night Shift nurse was responsible for three carts on three hallways. Staff would disappear to go smoke weed or hide and sleep for hours at a time while the residence were falling. Wound care was never done. 90% of the time the nurse had to be the aide as well because there were so many callouts. Aides will refuse to do an assignment that they don’t like. It’s very clicky and there’s a lot of gossip and bullying going on. Stay away.
