Pros

Everyone is so kind and genuine. Everyone works as a team and once to see you excel! It’s such a positive work environment and it’s low stress. I’m enjoying my experience there so far :).

Cons

It can be a little frustrating when the residents aren’t engaged. It can make the day go by slower. Otherwise, I don’t see my job as stressful. It’s a great place to work!
