Pros

We had so much cooperation between the staff and administration. We had staff around the clock. People helping each others with rides back and forth to work. The chef suppled good food. ED picked up snacks in preparation for the storm. Staff help clean off each other's cars.

Cons

Too much snow, but you can't fix the weather.
