Worst management I've ever had. Medicare scam which recruits patients who should not be on hospice. Accepts more patients than business can handle and pressure to document in a questionable way despite nursing judgment. Staff turnover very high and outrageous time and driving distance demands placed on remaining with no set territory. Paid salary not hourly and about $65,000, and 60-80 hour weeks not compensated for overtime. In interview say night shift on backup on call once a month...try twice a week primary. Not only would I not work here, but I would never use them for a loved one needing hospice.
