They only care about the contract and "billable hours"

Pros

Laid back, nothing really mattered until contract was up for renewal

Cons

A lot of time wasted in meetings without any real planning. Most of the contracts are just budget fillers for an agency they have a relationship with. Typical waste of tax money.

The company was small at the time, and management was accessible. I got to work on fun projects, and was given the opportunity to learn and grow very quickly.

Cons

Some issues with communication between the East Coast office and the Maui office.
