Treated poorly as an employee, They will not show you the breakdown of your commission leaving you wonder where thousands of your dollars go to. They will lie to carriers and customers willingly. They do not care about their employees, The management is top heavy- if you want to work so that their pals in upper management get paid 6 figures while they do nothing- be my guest. Sweat shop vibes. Work harder for less. You can work 16 hour days for minimum salary and you are expected to do that. SHADY COMPANY- SHADY OWNER
