Pros
-Values employees as much if not more then the client! -Provides me with necessary and up to date equipment and vehicles. -great atmosphere with friendly co-workers -very reasonable work hours. -excellent pay.
Cons
as with every company that is growing, there are growing pains. There are times when communication and follow through can be lacking but they are constantly ironing the wrinkles out and making a strong effort to correct this.
