Pros

Work/Life Balance is good. Good Communication and Coordination within teams. We work hard when we need to, but are understanding and defensive of PTO time outside work. Hybrid WFH

Cons

Resisting becoming corporate as we expand and get larger. Leadership is aware of that concern and appears to be actively trying to address that.

Pros

The company offers a lot of great features for its employees.

Cons

Need of team building, team players and training. There is a lack of communication between departments that affects always the lower levels.

Pros

Growing company scaling to a bigger size currently. So, lots of opportunity to help out and learn how that process works.

Cons

A contender for work in the local areas for consultant work, However, I would consider them a medium contender. It may be a few years before the are the lead on bigger projects as opposed to the normal players that have historically won those contracts.
