I joined Ardurra nearly two years ago, and, as CHRO, I am proud to have been part of a leadership team that is acutely focused on realizing our People Mission: to be the employer of choice in the markets in which we operate. We have made significant steps forward, having been recognized on Zweig Group's Best Firms AND Hot Firms Lists in 2019. We are a company that is quickly emerging as a leader in the industry, via both organic growth and mergers and acquisitions. Nonetheless, we are deliberate and purposeful in nurturing and celebrating a company culture that distinguishes us from our peers; we work hard to make an environment where people want to be... and want to join.
We also value diversity... and for us is not merely lip service. In fact, our CEO Ernesto Aguilar is one of the few (if not only) Hispanic leaders of national engineering consultancies in the U.S.
Overall, Ardurra is an incredible place to work and I feel lucky to be part of this incredible team. With 20+ years of working within this industry, I can say without question that I have never encountered a group of professionals that came close to those at Ardurra.
