      Pros

      Culture and coworkers are absolutely amazing. The upper management all started as coaches/hosts/refs so they truly understand the job and are incredibly supportive. Fantastic place to work for high school orcollege students and young adults.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the salary just doesn’t keep up with the cost of living for the areas.
