Great people who treat you like a regular employee from day one. Exposure to every level of the company and all sorts of projects.

Cons

Gets dull on the day to day work, but there is something new to do every week and short-term results that you can see.

Employees are a blast. Great honest co-workers. Flexible hours good for high schoolers or Bellevue College students.

Cons

Not a lot of hours are given. Managements is disorganized. Communication is poor all around. Getting shifts covered is impossible. Get in trouble for calling in sick.
