- The work is fun - Management is willing to stick up for you against unruly customers - New ideas are welcome from all levels of the company - Management is chill and willing to work with you - Accommodations are seen in a positive light, as long as the work can still be done
Cons
- Organization within management could be better - Pay is not enough for cost of living - Even as a Full Time employee, you nearly have to beg for full time hours (to keep benefits) - SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED, ALWAYS
