Benefits are decent, office space is nice, people are smart
Cons
The office environment is toxic and revolves around politics. Management will ask for feedback but when you share honest feedback, they use it against you as being negative. HR is powerless at enforcing policy since it’s all driven by the senior leadership who pays them. Finance is a disaster and has no process. Investment groups are siloed. IT is a joke, can’t get basic programs to function. Stay away from this dysfunctional company
