Pros

Growth opportunities exist, compensation and benefits are excellent

Cons

Poor culture, it sounds good but does reflect. Poor work life balance. It's definitely ok if you are down to be a corporate robot and enjoy gossip.

Pros

Ares pays very well, has incredible benefits and beautiful offices. Opportunities to be involved in community services and contribution matching.

Cons

Training was confusing, the culture is not team oriented, finding some accurate and understandable answers could be very difficult and I felt that money and wealth was the only topic of every conversation. I felt rejected by my team and disregarded by management.
