Pros
Honestly, during my tenure, i did not find any pros. They give benefits and facilities like any other multinational company, so no big deal.
Cons
1. They say company has open door policy, however, there is nothing as such 2. Pay is really bad, they pay way less than the market 3. Hr is highly manipulative, specially the hiring manager 4. Hierarchy is screwed up. They hire highly experienced people for junior levels 5. Promotion and bonus is rubbish 6. They hire more freshers for 3-5lacs and get the job done. In total, Ares is NOT the best place to work, if you are a professional and looking for something really good. You might want to connect with the ex-team members and find out the reality before joining the organisation.
