      Important work, responsibility given right away

      Cons

      Entire experience there will depend on who you report to. Cycled through some great leaders as well as some so bad that I contemplated abandoning the industry. Some of these leaders are no longer with the company, so credit to HR and upper management for taking action. However for juniors, can often be too late
