The Atlanta industrial management team operates with excessive micromanagement, making it difficult to do your job efficiently. Employees are expected to constantly justify their work instead of being trusted to perform. The environment is hostile, and concerns raised to upper management are largely ignored. Leadership prioritizes maintaining certain leasing relationships over addressing her toxic behavior, even at the expense of employee retention.
