      Bad culture and no respect for employees’ mental health

      Pros

      Reasonably good salary and bonus. Biggest private lender with good track record so plenty of people with expertise to learn from.

      Cons

      Very bad culture. Calculative and competitive teammates. Managers don’t care about employees’ mental health and have no boundaries/ respect for employees’ own time. No recognition for performance but blaming culture for little mistakes. Managers would tell you the team is very collaborative and lively but in fact people make sick jokes and bully each other all the time. Pay is good but you will see your mental heath evaporate. Think twice before you apply.
