      Stubborn and confusing

      Pros

      It is a very friendly place. Most of the HR department will be happy to talk to you, and all but 1 of the people I have worked with have been quite friendly.

      Cons

      The raise and promotion process is hidden from employees(and at least my managers.) This makes knowing what you need to do to be a success there near impossible. Also, with regards to changing anything, be it a process, technology, or database model it is regularly met with large opposition. This causes many issues, one of which being that the database is inflated and this causes finding data to be very difficult.

      Not much opportunity to grow, but Stable and relax environment

      Pros

      This is pretty stable and Relax environment. Cubes are 8'/8' with guest chair. Training classes opportunity. Best place for new bees. Some new employee gets 3 weeks off DOE. Managers try to motivate employees with Chocolate, breakfast, fruits

      Cons

      No Salary increase unless you bring an offer letter. Health Insurance are single is OK, but absolutely not with Family. Only 5% employee stays longer than 3years. Have to be be creative each time to "ask" for WFH option still may be once a Month depends on Supervisor. Some Supervisor doesn't let his employee to WFH. Always have to train new bees.
