      Pros

      Decent pay for entry level position for recent graduates.

      Cons

      The job, people, and culture. Not the type of environment that rewards initiative and provides very poor guidance or documentation to their employees. This leads due to the high turnover volume and to worse bugs in code development for those who have to pick up the pieces.

      Pros

      Argo is the kind of place where anyone at any level can identify a real business problem, define solutions, and drive the solutions to market. You have the ability to make a real difference, instead of being a cog in a machine. That type of opportunity isn't available everywhere, and I'm baffled by the negative reviews focused on ADS.

      Cons

      ARGO can be a hard place to work if you are the kind of person that likes being micromanaged, but on the flip side it can be a great place for people with drive and creativity.

      Some very nice co workers, those that stay

      Cons

      Low pay, low morale, no concern for employees. Money Money Money, for those at the top...No loyalty, very political, have a professional opinion that a connected person feels different about, you will be gone.
