      Pros

      Great place for individuals who want to make a difference and have the 'get it done' attitude. Great work - life balance Smart co-workers who are interested in working in a team! Not nearly as political as other companies - flat management structure that allows for employees to work directly with managers/senior managers and not lots of layers for approvals and being able to get things done love that majority of employees are located in one office and work in the office - allows for much greater collaboration and relationship building

      benefits coverage is very comprehensive and good but family rates are high need more communication from a corporate level
