-> Growth is very slow -> They use a programming language(their own customized language) that no one uses. -> Not enough employee appreciation -> Senior Management needs to be better at man management

Mostly good hearted people, ethnically diverse, opportunities for those that are driven, and gym in building is pretty awesome.

Cons

Egocentric Owner that only cares about $$$ (his money), Heartless CEO, limited market research, extremely long road of potential products and planning with no end in mind, they will work you to death (no balance between work and personal life), no remote working, lack knowledge based decisions, meetings are pointlessly mind numbing, lack of leadership, no organization to the department structure, office for only VERY limited personnel, and family health care is EXTREMELY expensive.
