      There's good and there's bad

      Pros

      Pay is decent for college grads without a work history. Product is easy to program and reasonably flexible.

      Cons

      Knowledge gained here does not transfer anywhere else. Upper management is invisible. Middle management covers their ears. Business seems to be declining.

      Pros

      Have an open-door environment for Management. Everyone's opinion matters and the company values their employees and recognize employees for good work. Management is very understanding and top level management is accountable.

      Cons

      Change and adapting new technologies is somewhat slow. There's also high turnover mainly because most of the company's technology is based on proprietary software.
