Cons

Management is constantly trying to fix the "budget" at the expense of most workers without sacrifice to perks. Employees (not in management positions) are expected to work the job of several employees with little to no support from senior execs.

Ive been with the company coming up to a year, my interview process was very quick and contracts came through very quickly! the team were great, my on boarding was done in a timely manner and I had no issues with settling in to my role. the senior management team are very easy to approach so there is never any hesitation going up to them. I would definitely recommend Argo as a company, the management are open and honest and I believe the company should feel proud of itself for its diversity, it isn't where it should be but is working hard to sway away from the perception of what Insurance looks like.
